How Our Termite Control Process Works

Every termite engagement starts with a thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior of your property. We install stations at regular intervals around the perimeter, set into the soil. Each station is only accessible by key, which helps keep children and pets away from the contents.

When an inspection finds no active colony, we start with monitoring cartridges and check them on a regular schedule. If a cartridge shows signs of termite presence, we swap it for a bait cartridge. The bait contains an active ingredient that transfers from termite to termite through normal colony behavior, which can affect the colony over time without the termites recognizing the threat.
